Steel structure products are primarily composed of steel, which is one of the main types of building structures. Steel is known for its high strength, lightweight properties, excellent overall rigidity, and strong deformation capacity, making it particularly suitable for constructing long-span, ultra-high, and ultra-heavy buildings. The material exhibits good plasticity and toughness, allowing it to undergo significant deformation and effectively withstand dynamic loads. Additionally, steel structures offer a short construction period, a high degree of industrialization, and the capability for professional production with a high level of mechanization.

The flat-packed container house consists of upper frame components, bottom frame components, columns, and several interchangeable wall panels. It is assembled using 24 sets of 8.8-class M12 high-strength bolts, which securely connect the upper frame to the columns and the columns to the bottom frame, forming a stable and integral frame structure.

This product can be used independently or combined in various horizontal and vertical configurations to create a more spacious living or working area. The house structure is made of cold-formed galvanized steel, while the enclosure and thermal insulation materials are all non-combustible. Additionally, the water, heating, electrical, decoration, and other supporting functions are prefabricated in the factory, eliminating the need for secondary construction. Once assembled on-site, the house is immediately ready for occupancy.

The raw material, galvanized steel strip, is processed into the top frame, beam, bottom frame, beam, and columns using a roll forming machine, programmed for precision. The formed components are then polished and welded into the top and bottom frames. For galvanized components, the galvanized layer has a thickness of at least 10µm, with a zinc content of no less than 100g/m³.
